ACECI (Ameri-china cultural and educational institute) was founded in California as the result of suggestion from officers at the US Federal Department of Education, of which the predecessor is the AEI.  The headquarters of the institute is located in L.A., California, the US.
       In order to comprehensively establish mutual benefits and development between China and the US, the ACECI places great emphasis on finding effective ways to enhance Sino-America communication.  The ACECI launches many exchanging projects and activities constantly and in a timely manner.  Additionally, the ACECI promotes the complete cooperation between local governments and enterprises in many areas throughout China and America.
       In Xi’an, China, the Haoguan Cultural and Educational Co. LTD is authorized to carry out many activities in cooperation with the ACECI.  For example, the Haoguan Cultural and Educational Co. assists school administration, academic exchange, student recruitment and many other things.  This is done on the behalf of and in cooperation with American schools. The ACECI also provides the most reliable and authorized information for Chinese students who will study, exchange or be an intern abroad in the US. The institute offers many kinds of services overseas in America as well.
      The ACECI works in cooperation with more than 1000 partners.  These partners are mainly government agencies, chambers of commerce, industry associations, colleges and universities from both America and China. In regard to education, we offer consultant and agency services in a wide range fields involving various educational programs. These programs are carried out in cooperation with prominent universities in China and the US.  Examples of these programs are double degree, up Program, ME joint Program, preparatory courses, English training, and international middle school courses among many more.

      The overseas study center offers various consulting, advisory and agency services, including special services for those Chinese partners who are commissioned.
      The project research center has been keeping a favorable cooperative relationship with the universities and colleges in America to actively develop more uniting projects between the two countries.
      The marketing department is responsible for carrying out educational cooperation with universities and colleges, other overseas study agents, social groups and primary and middle schools in China.  Additionally, the marketing department promotes communication and visiting programs between the teachers and students.
      We have always been working toward the expansion of the unifying needs of our domestic and overseas partners in order to find the most effective solution to any dilemma.  This has improved the reputation of the Sino-overseas school cooperating projects.  Meanwhile, this effort has made a great contribution to the win-win situation of all parties involved.
